Are website backups included in your service care plan?
All of our websites are backed up daily. We also host them remotely so we can restore them to any one of our servers. This helps us recover your websites quickly and efficiently without delay. Our backups come with 15 or 30 day restore points depending on the service plan you choose for when you desperately need it.
Help! My website is down and I don't know how to fix it.
We also fix broken websites and make sure they are running at peak performance. In order for us to maintain your website is working optimally and secure, we perform regular updates ensuring your sites have the latest security and enhancement updates preventing any issues or conflicts that may arise.
Is my website secure?
Our websites are monitored daily with the latest technology in malware detection, security hardening and firewall protection. This ensures that your website and customer data are safe and secure. Are licenses included in your subscription plans?
We have a set of premium core licenses that are included for websites that we build and manage in our Manage-For-You plans: theme framework, page builder, form builder, and SEO plugins. Are updates included?
There are 2 types of updates that your website often requires: maintenance and content updates. Our Manage-For-You plans cover maintenance updates and minor text changes, up to 5 requests per your annual subscription.
